Meet Needah!

Hey there! I’m Needah, the heart behind Wild Heart Mamas. My passion is rooted in supporting fellow mothers, building strong, connected communities, and promoting wellness in all forms. I want every mama to know that amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood, happiness and peace are absolutely within reach.

Before becoming a mom, I worked in the mental health field, but life had other exciting plans once my two wild-hearted boys came along! Now, as a full-time Wild Heart Mama, I love organizing meet-ups in Pasadena, bringing together mamas who want to share, support, and thrive together. My dream is to return to working exclusively with mothers in the future, continuing to uplift and empower the community around me.

I’m also incredibly excited to announce the launch of my coffee bean line! It’s a special project that’s been in the works, and it’s now available for purchase. By supporting my coffee, you’re not just enjoying a delicious brew, you’re also investing in a local business that values connection, community, and the power of moms helping moms.

As a California native, born and raised in Orange County, I’ve got sunshine in my soul. My life journey took me from the golden coast to a magical summer in Rome, Italy, where I met my British husband. Now, we call Pasadena home, where our family story continues to unfold.

Why did you start

Wild Heart Mamas?

Amidst the panic of the pandemic, Wild Heart Mamas emerged as a a safe space for mothers to come as they are. At a time when moms needed connection and community, I embarked on a journey to create a this space. Mothers have weathered the storm of isolation for far too long, and so the idea bloomed! let's gather at the park. Little did I know, this seed of an idea would blossom into the incredible growing community it is today. A space where parents can come as they are and just be themselves, a place to laugh, bond, and create friendships.

Those moments when mothers stop me and pause to say, "Thank you for what you've created." I honestly love when moms stop me, so if you see me, stop me! I love all the mama magic that has been created through the years. Wild Heart Mamas is created by mothers, for mothers.

My gratitude knows no bounds for all the lead mamas who have played a huge role pouring their love into the Wild Heart Mamas community over the years.
